The philosophy of the IWAA is to provide the children of Incarnate
Word Parish with a positive athletic experience in a Christian
environment based on the premise of significant playing time
and enjoyment for all children with goals of enhanced skills,
self-esteem, respect for others and a greater sense of community
and teamwork. The aforementioned philosophy will be achieved
through implementation of a framework that provides guidelines
for rostering, ethics, training, prayer and fees.
